Mom’s Mocktail Recipe

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop Sleep Support
  • Dash of cardamom or 2–4 crushed seeds (not full pods)
  • 1+ cup ice
  • 1 tsp dragon fruit purée (optional, for color)
  • 1 tsp milk of choice (canned coconut milk works well)
  • To top: Sparkling pink grapefruit (pregnancy-safe) or grapefruit kombucha (postpartum)
  • Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg, cardamom, or rose

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine warm water and honey. Stir to dissolve.
  2. Add ice and the remaining ingredients except the sparkling pink grapefruit or kombucha.
  3. Shake until fully combined, then strain into a coupe glass, leaving enough room to top with the sparkling pink grapefruit.
  4. Finish with a dusting of fresh nutmeg, cardamom, or rose.

Notes: Kombucha is not recommended during pregnancy due to its alcohol content. Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit is a great alternative for a pregnancy-safe option.
