Dairy-Free Lactation Milkshake

This nutrient-packed milkshake is designed to support your body during pregnancy and postpartum it is especially great if you’re breastfeeding. Loaded with essential vitamins, minerals, and probiotics, it’s smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Needed Prenatal Multi Powder

  • 1 cup dairy-free coconut yogurt (or vanilla yogurt of choice—Cocojune and Harmless Harvest are great options!)

  • 1 heaping cup of ice

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste

  • ½ cup canned coconut milk (or milk of choice)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1–2 teaspoons nutritional yeast

  • 1–2 scoops Needed Collagen

  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
