Our Favorite Needed Holiday Mocktails

It's that time of the year that is filled with celebration and gathering, but if you are pregnant, TTC or just choosing to stick to non-alcoholic options this holiday season, the selection can feel a little dry, so here are 7 pregnancy-safe mocktail recipes that are as delicious as they are celebratory our little gift to you:

1. Hydrating Sparkling Cranberry Citrus Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cranberry juice (100% juice, unsweetened preferred)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • Needed Hydration Support Lime
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish

Instructions:
Combine the juices in a pitcher and stir in hydration support. Add sparkling water just before serving. Serve over ice and garnish with cranberries and orange slices.

2. Golden Glow Turmeric Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric (or freshly grated turmeric root)
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:
Mix the pineapple juice, turmeric, and ginger in a shaker. Strain into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wedge.

3. Pomegranate Immunity Boosting Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 scoop of Needed Immune Support
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup club soda
  • Pomegranate seeds and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions:
Mix apple cider, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a glass. Add ice and top with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

5. Festive Berry Sparkler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berry puree (blend strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Fresh berries and a sprig of rosemary for garnish

Instructions:
Combine the berry puree, lemon juice, and honey in a shaker. Pour into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh berries and rosemary.

6. Creamy Coconut and Pineapple Protein Bliss

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (light or full-fat)
  • 1 scoop of Needed Prenatal Collagen

  • Ice cubes
  • Toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions:
