Our Omega-3+ is optimally paired with Choline and antioxidants.

Omega-3 (DHA+EPA) is critical for brain health, mood, focus, skin health, hormone balance, and more. It’s difficult to get enough from diet alone, and most women are deficient. Our Omega-3+ is paired with Choline and antioxidants for optimal nutrient delivery and protection from oxidation.

Cognitive Support
Nine targeted nootropic and botanical ingredients, including clinically studied Sensoril® Ashwagandha and CognatiQ®, help alleviate brain fog and support energy and mental performance during stressful times.

How to Use

Take three (3) Women's Multi capsules daily with food, ideally in the morning or around lunchtime for optimal energy throughout the day.

Take two (2) or four (4) capsules of the Omega-3+ alongside a meal. Four capsules are highly supportive if your nutrient levels are low or if you are really falling short on dietary consumption (fish for DHA + EPA, eggs and liver for Choline, eggs and 8+ servings per day of green leafy vegetables for Lutein and Zeaxanthin).

Take two (2) capsules of Cognitive Support once daily. This product is intended for general women's health, including use before and after pregnancy, but not during pregnancy.

    FINALLY!

    I’ve been taking Needed now for 1 year and it has made a huge difference in my health. It is one of the first multivitamins I found that had really essential vitamins and minerals for women that are often overlooked.
