Why do you offer Vitamin D3+K2 separately from your Prenatal Multi?

For most mothers in pregnancy, 4,000IU of D3 and 90mcg of K2 per day (2 capsules) is highly effective and safe. Our Prenatal Multi is dosed at this level. Some mothers, due to genetics, diet, geography, life stage (while nursing we recommend at least 6,000IU / 135mcg) or other factors, may need or benefit from a higher dose.
