    Exactly What I Needed on My TTC Journey

    I love that this is an added choline vitamin so I can be sure I get enough for baby even when I don’t eat foods with choline in it. I can tailor each day to my diet that day.

For optimal absorption, we suggest taking no more than 500mg of Choline in one serving (at one time) across all of your products. Spreading supplementation out throughout the day can improve absorption.
