How to Use

Mix 1 serving into 1-2 cups of water, depending on your taste preference.

We suggest taking it at a different time of day than your Prenatal Multi to support absorption. Together, these products optimally nourish mama and baby before, during, and after pregnancy*.     Perfect Electrolyte Supplement

    I absolutely love these and have been supplementing with them during my entire pregnancy. Each flavor is good and has only a subtle taste. It’s refreshing to find a an electrolyte packet that contains needed electrolytes without a bunch of unnecessary sugar.

    Love these so much! They are not sweet or super strong in flavor. This is due to the clean ingredients. I actually will start craving these because my body knows what it needs. Will continue to buy even after pregnancy!

    Love it!

    I was a little nervous to try based on some negative reviews on taste. But it’s great! I got the lime flavor and it very mild not too sweet not too salty - tastes like a lime water to me. Definitely will be purchasing throughout my pregnancy.

Does this include any sugar or carbs?
Our Hydration Support does not contain any added sugar. It is lightly sweetened with real fruit and monk fruit extract. The amount of carbohydrates is negligible, which is why it is not listed on the label.
What’s the best way to drink this product?
We recommend drinking it cold, mixing 1 packet into 1-2 cups of water, depending on your taste preference. It can be enjoyed at any time throughout the day or night.
How many packets can I have in a day?
We suggest you enjoy 1-2 per day during pregnancy. You may increase consumption as needed or desired during preconception and postpartum. We do not recommend taking more than 400mg of magnesium at once, as higher dosages may slow the nutrient's absorption and we include magnesium in several of our Needed products.
Is this safe for my kids?
Many kids enjoy our Hydration Support. We recommend a half packet for children.
